PROCESSING TIME

All Stay Fancy items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During peak seasons (such as the holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been produced, standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days within the United States. Total delivery time (production + shipping) is generally 5–14 business days.

International orders may take longer — typically 10–21 business days total, depending on destination and customs processing.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination, and are the responsibility of the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times, as items may be produced by different print providers.

DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather, or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, please contact us at Support@StayFancy.com and we will look into it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Support@StayFancy.com so we can attempt to correct it before it ships.
