How long does shipping take?
Every item is made to order just for you, so please allow 2-7 business days for production, plus 2-5 business days for standard shipping — most orders arrive within 7-10 business days total. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Why isn't it shipped right away?
Because nothing sits on a shelf. Each piece is printed only after you order it — that's what keeps every design available instead of a limited drop, and it's part of how we keep quality high.

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?
Since production starts quickly, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order enters production, we're unable to modify or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure checkout options available at checkout.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since everything is made specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or change of mind. If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll take care of a free reprint or refund.

What if my order never arrives or arrives damaged?
Contact us right away with your order number (and a photo, if it's a damage issue) and we'll get it sorted.

How do I care for my Stay Fancy gear?
Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry or tumble dry low to keep the print looking sharp for the long haul.

Do the halo and logo colors ever change?
Yes — the halo and logo accent shift between colorways depending on the piece, so check each product's photos for the exact look.

Are designs ever discontinued?
Our designs stay in rotation as an ongoing part of the collection — you won't have to worry about missing a drop.
